There are 23 NBI clearance branches in Metro Manila listed in the NBI’s official appointment system, more than in any other region. Below is every Metro Manila branch with its address and a map link, followed by tips for choosing one and where to get your clearance apostilled.
We’re here to help you every step of the way. NBI Clearance Online is an independent guide, not the NBI or a government agency. Branch details come from the official NBI appointment system (checked October 2, 2026). Branches can move or close, so confirm your branch when you book on the official NBI Clearance website (clearance.nbi.gov.ph).

Which Metro Manila branch should you choose?
With 23 options, pick by convenience rather than going to the main center by default:
- Working in Manila or near Ermita? The UN Avenue main center, Robinsons Ermita, Robinsons Otis and PhilPost at Liwasang Bonifacio are all close together.
- Quezon City or Cubao? Quezon City Hall, Ali Mall at Araneta Center, Robinsons Galleria and Robinsons Novaliches.
- Ortigas, Pasig or Mandaluyong? Choice Market Ortigas, Robinsons Metro East, Shaw Center Mall and the POEA building.
- South of the metro? Double Dragon Plaza in Pasay, SM Center Point in Las Piñas and South Park Mall in Alabang.
- North of the metro? LRT North Mall in Caloocan and Valenzuela Town Center.
The UN Avenue main center is also where the NBI’s Mailed Clearance Section handles applications from abroad, and where representatives follow up on mailed clearances.
Booking an NBI appointment in Metro Manila
Metro Manila slots fill up fastest, especially from January to March. Check two or three nearby branches when you book your NBI appointment, since a branch one train stop away often has earlier dates. Bring the documents in the NBI clearance requirements checklist, and if your last clearance is recent, an online NBI clearance renewal may save you the trip entirely.
Getting your clearance apostilled in Metro Manila
If you’ll use the clearance abroad, the DFA processes the NBI clearance apostille by online appointment at DFA Aseana in Parañaque and at its consular offices in SM Manila, Ali Mall, SM Megamall and Alabang Town Center.
